Eric works closely with employers to structure comprehensive group health plans, strengthen voluntary coverage offerings, and ensure smooth enrollment processes through clear education and hands-on guidance. His expertise also extends to Medicare planning, where he assists individuals and retirees in understanding their options and enrolling in coverage that aligns with their healthcare needs and long-term goals.

Madelyn Willhite “Maddy” brings over a decade of experience in employee benefits consulting, with a strong focus on helping businesses build thoughtful, well-structured voluntary benefits programs that truly support their teams. She works closely with employers to ensure employees at every level — from frontline staff to executive leadership — are properly protected while minimizing organizational risk.

Maddy is passionate about making benefits simple and understandable. She leads bilingual employee education initiatives, delivering clear group presentations and personalized one-on-one enrollment support in both English and Spanish. Her goal is to ensure every employee walks away confident in their decisions and fully aware of the protection available to them.

She also guides employers through the implementation of streamlined benefits administration systems, helping create a smooth enrollment experience while reducing administrative strain.
