Eric Willhite, our Agency Principal and founder, brings a unique mix of leadership and industry expertise to Willhite Benefit Solutions. With a background in the Railroad Industry, Eric’s operational skills and dedication have been instrumental in shaping WBS into a full-service agency that provides top-tier benefit and business solutions. As a Type 1 diabetic, Eric has a personal understanding of the challenges within the medical insurance world, especially for individuals with pre-existing conditions. His passion for accessible, comprehensive coverage has driven partnerships with carriers who offer specialized coverage. With over five years as a licensed health insurance advisor, Eric brings a commitment to ensuring clients have efficient and effective health and life coverage by focusing on innovative sales and coverage strategies for our Team.
Madelyn Willhite
Vice President of Benefit Solutions & Co- Founder
Madelyn brings a wealth of experience and a personal touch to Willhite Benefit Solutions. With a background in Medical HR management, she shifted her focus in 2018 to become a supplemental health benefits advisor, blending her organizational skills and passion for client care. In 2020, she founded Willhite Benefit Solutions with a commitment to helping the Hispanic community navigate disability and Medicare benefits.
As Director of Client Relations, Madelyn is dedicated to ensuring every client feels valued and supported. She manages client accounts with care, providing personalized insights and making sure that each person’s needs are met quickly and professionally. Madelyn’s warm, hands-on approach and deep understanding of benefits make her a trusted partner for clients looking for knowledgeable, compassionate guidance.
Justin DeLisa
Vice President of Payroll Solutions

Destiny Osorio
Agency Coordinator
Destiny is a licensed Benefits Advisor and comes from a long career as a Charge Entry Specialist and Medical billing at Comprehensive Orthopedics in CT. Destiny specializes in ACA health and Medicare benefits. Destiny is heavily involved with the Meriden Housing Authority and can be found at many of the local food banks helping with community and offering health insurance advisement.
